Super Cleanse and Immune Boosting Salad
Great for any time of the year this tasty, crunchy detoxing skin salad is loaded with protein, super reds too power up the immune system (radishes, red peppers and beetroot), and rich with beta carotene, potassium, calcium and sulpher to boost your fat burning metabolism for a great new year kick starter. A great little SOS if you’re feeling run down.
Hari’s Skin and Hair Dynamo Salad
The super skin mineral mix. Tossed in house sweet chili dressing this prawn (rich in zinc), sesame seed and sesame oil (rich in calcium, potassium, phosphorus, vitamin B, iron and amino acids) salad boosts circulation for a brighter, healthier skin. Tip: For a hair shining boost load up with vitamin e rich avocado.
Hari’s Skin Healing Salad
Great for stressed, wintery skin this is your soothing, anti-ageing skin prescription. Lime and orange up the vitamin C quota for brightening, pumpkin provides zinc for a younger, more plump skin, while watercress calms and salmon provides an anti-ageing fix.
